If you're new here, hi! I'm Marie. I'm a romance author, setting my books in London. I love to write, if I'm not writing I'm procrastinating like building this website, watching series and films on Netflix, or cuddling my cat.

My first book, a short story titled The Best Man, released in hardcover in 2023, the ebook will release in 2024.

My next book Scattered Hearts, an enemies-to-lovers workplace romance suspense book will release in autumn 2024.

About Scattered Hearts

Scattered Hearts (working title) is a steamy, full-length romance book. It's set in London and New York Ciy and will include several heart-breaking scenes (hence the title), but it'll also have a ton of swooning and steam packed into it!

Let's just say the two main characters have a history, and they're not really fond of each other. Their first meeting is... all hot and angry!

It's packing suspense that will have you on the edge of your seat, without being too dark. I'm definitely excited for you all to read it!

Let's talk about Brooks Jamesson, the MMC!

Because we all love a morally grey, tall, dark and handsome male main character in a book right? He's also blue-eyed, wears glasses, has a secret identity and is so head over heels in love with his girl, but he doesn't even know it yet! Swoooooon! You all aren't ready, I'm telling you!

What's an Alpha Reader, you ask?

You'll be one of the first people to read the book. However, that also means the book is nowhere near ready to be published, surely containing typos, grammatical errors and plot holes. That's where you come in. Help me find out if the characters are fully fleshed out and likeable and if the plot works. I might not be ready for publishing yet (that's planned for autumn 2024 btw), but it will surely give you all the feels!
